I struggle keeping small something on the floorboard in the back. I use the #3 memory button for binging the seat all the way up to the front for when I need to reach back there. Makes it convenient.
FYI, the insurance company (insert company of choice) is getting data from your car, then it is laying that data over another third party's data that would (or should) match the speed limit of the street you are on. We use a well know dash cam company and they have issues all the time. For...
That looks like a love tap. 🐺🚗😘
In reality, that tow hook may have saved you more than you think. Then again if it took a direct hit and bent anything behind that, it may have cost you more than you think.
I agree with the theory that you don't need wifi and it uses cell only However, I connected mine to Wi-Fi a few months ago and got several back to back so who knows. Possibly only certain size and below will push OTA. Also not all cars will get all OTA updates. It isn't a one size fits all...
I did my entire car. It was the first one where I did the whole thing. Had some buyers remorse till about a year in. Here are the areas where the PPF has protected my car. Mine is white. I do notice dirt buildup around the edges quite a bit even with regular washes weekly by me. No one...
I understand your sentiment here, but I would say that all OEMs do it for production. What is quicker and easier to assemble on the line. Engineered to put together, not to service.
I know you aren't talking to me, but I drove mine for 500 miles without it with some hard pulls. No temp change. It changes the air pressure under the car quite a bit. A lot more hood flutter.
I would only use wheels designed for it. Drilling OEM wheels is not a great idea…. Several reasons come to mind.
1. You can’t go back to radials
2. The wheels are designed for it
3. The drilled holes wont last and you will need different rims in time if they don’t crack.
4. Safety

I already lost mine and had to get another one. I'm sure I wouldn't have lost it at freeway speeds, but I did. I'm sure that the quality of reinstalling it was part of the issue, but nonetheless, a few more bucks and more importantly the time it took to locate a dealer with one in stock. Took...
I've never used those on a body panel in circle track. All of our bodies are fiberglass with plastic nose and bumpers. Only use the Clecos for fitment then rivet it in place. Body panels may make it a race or make it 3 races. You would spend a fortune on Dzus in a season. Plenty of other...
Just repeating what I read on here......whoever designed this underbody panel clearly never had to do their own maintenance. Now I personally have mine done for me because my time is money, but I understand the need and frustration.
To change the oil, you have to remove what feels like half...
And I would argue that repeated cold starts and shutting your engine off without a complete heat cycle does more harm than not pre-filling your filter.
For the pre-fill crowd…..
Make sure the tech is pre-filling it correctly. First, the guy in this video makes good points on how to introduce debris into your engine. Secondly…..Instead of tipping the guy, get him one of these.
Pre-Filler Device
The connector was very tight. Use a bit of dielectric grease and it will slide together. Took me probably 3-4 times to get them to mate up. After that it works flawlessly.
