I just leave the temp alone. Everything is automatic so unless you are constantly going through hot and cold flashes I see no reason to constantly adjust. I set it to 69 degrees and leave it be. Once in awhile I will adjust the Auto fan speed (if car is left in sun), but usually leave it on...
