Tirerack.com shows specs on individual tires in every size. Listed in specs is the rim width needed for each tire. This may help with your decision making. Also has tire diameter. Try to stay near stock diameter or you may lose your cruise control & pre-collision assist. Been there. Done that.

I agree. That car color is nice but unusual. The blue & red don’t complement it. Actually clash. I’d go with matching body color.

I still recommend getting the tires shaved. Smoothest ride I’ve ever had. Shouldn’t be too expensive. May solve the problem. Will eliminate the “tire out of round” issue. Tire could still have an imperfection. Nothing to lose by shaving & may solve the problem.

I think I saw on Tire Rack that shaving was an option when ordering tires. Also, I used to shave my bias ply tires in the 1960s-1970s. Great results. Very smooth ride. If warranty approach doesn’t work, you may want to try it.

I have McGards on all my cars except Black Gorilla splines on my aftermarket DH wheels. Makes me feel better. I’m hoping the hassle will make them decide to move on to you guys without them. Thanks in advance.

That style stripe is the best IMO. Single stripe with pinstripes. Satin or Matte - in the eyes of the beholder

Thanks for the info. I’ll pass it on to the dealer when I take it in. In the meantime, I’ll try cycling my traction control on & off to see if it makes a difference. Now, back to your previously posted program.

I’m not a big fan of black wheels; however, these modern cars don’t have much chrome/stainless trim so I buy them because the match well. If you go black, the red pinstripes make them stand out. Especially if you have red calipers or red badges/trim. Black & chrome always look good together...

However, if you want to stay subtle, the RTR’s look good & a solid version in place of the RTR’s would look good too.
