I can replicate many of them, which is nice because I feel like I'm getting narrowed down to the last few, so ford can fix them, but still have one in the rear c pillar area I can't figure out fully. Going to keep trying to diagnose their origin and get itnto ford for them to hopefully fix.
Various things throughout the cab. Many go with the RPMs, and then those go away at cruising speed and then a whole new set happens with cruising speed.
A large handful of them have been resolved but it seems like each time I get it back from ford, they fixed 2 and made 1 new one.
I have had my S650 for 8 months now, was built 7/27/23. Atlas Blue GT, stunning car and i love its looks. I have had several interior buzzes and rattles that could be heard in different situations and at different loudness levels. I have taken the car into Ford 4 times for them now, but still...
There was a little recall for June and before cars for a metallic buzz, mine was July so I can't claim Maine as one of them but I think part of my noise is that.
When was your car made?
I had a metallic ish buzz on both sides, passenger side was louder, they said they found 5 loose screws in the dash just not sure where in the dash. 2 loose screws in each door, the metallic ish one on the passenger side is gone but drivers side remains.
I don't have a...
Almost there man, luckily all week is 70s here.
Car is going back to the dealer Monday though, it spend all last week there for interior rattles/buzzes, picked it up Thursday and within an hour had a whole new set buzzing along the dash to windshield.
I purchased them but didn't need them to get the camber adjustments to where they are at. I still have them just in case I ran into issues after the alignment, but no issues so idk if I will ever use them.
I'm running nitto nt555 g2s. I have steeda lowering springs, 20" velgen vf10s, 275/35r20 F, and my camber is -1.9 Drivers side, -1.5 passenger side. No rubbing anywhere besides the plastic clip and its nearly gone.
I follow you on tik tok so I've seen what your doing.
I'm wondering I'd you need to go to a different tire brand. I know you said you run 275s, but maybe the brand really is bigger than other brands? Really odd you've done all you've done and still have a rub.
yes, there is a TSB for this. call your local ford dealer and ask them to make an appointment to have the fuel level reading dropping to 0 randomly fixed. let me find the reference number and ill post it.
TSB Reference #24-2071.
My car is at the dealer now getting rattles fixed. They seemed to have fixed my dash rattles- said they found and tightened 5 different screws in the dash. I drove it after and didn't hear the dash making noise at all. The doors still have something rattling so I dropped it back off to get those...
my ford pass app hasnt been working to start my car this last week, never had issues prior, maybe this is why? i dont have the beta version like shown above, so im not sure.
Once I verified that not metal was rubbing, or causing paint damage was occurring, just a cheap push clip and a tiny bit of the plastic liner, full send lol. I can't forsee any long term issues popping up from it at all.
If they try not covering it, especially with your scenario, I'd tell him and the dealership to pound sand... find another dealership. No rhyme or reason to not replace the screen, they have 0 way to prove how it was done or that you caused it.
