  1. Am I overreacting?

I changed tires, at 80 miles on the odometer, asked for an impeccable job, and one wheel ended up like this:
  2. Any former Mach 1 owners on here who are now Dark Horse owners?

Thanks, they were as well as suspension blocks still in place. But I still find the tires noisier and the ride harsher. PS4S were somewhat more comfortable.
  3. Any former Mach 1 owners on here who are now Dark Horse owners?

I am one of those... still own the MACH 1, so I can compare head to head. Only 3 days with the DH, but I love: - gearbox: a huge surprise, it's refined while driving gently, something the MACH 1 lacks very much - infotainment: a huge advance - steering wheel: amazing - exhaust sound: different...
  4. Cutting Wheel Studs - Safe or No Way?

What slip on spacers are you using on Darkhorse? I can’t find 12 or 15 mm that ensure fitment and that have the hub lip to center the wheel. Thanks.
  5. Dark Horse with 25mm Spacers!! Not sure..

20 mm just a minor stud shave, 25 mm plug and play. But, I find 20 already has too much poke.
  6. Cutting Wheel Studs - Safe or No Way?

I wonder if the answers about going another route are because of using bolt-on spacers or for cutting wheel studs.
  7. Cutting Wheel Studs - Safe or No Way?

I did the same, after removing de 20 mm spacers, I had around 11 full turns, 15.5 mm, not aerospace, but safe. I found 20 mm too poky, 25 mm would be even more. If I do it again, I’ll probably go with 15 mm, hence new longer studs, but not for safety matters.
  8. Wheel studs replacement experience

BTW - fronts are easier since don't require hub dissasembly as per "Murphy's Garage" answer.
  9. Wheel studs replacement experience

+1/2" Long story short: I installed 20mm bolt ons on my MACH 1, but it was too aggressive and during installation I had to shave the studs 2-3 mms. On my Darkhorse I want narrower spacers, thinking about 12-15mm and those require 1/2" longer studs. Thanks
  10. Wheel studs replacement experience

Thanks. Are the front wheels the same?
  11. Wheel studs replacement experience

Hey everyone, I’m looking into changing the wheel studs on my Dark Horse and wanted to hear from anyone who has done it. How difficult is the job overall? Is it something reasonably manageable with basic tools, or does it usually turn into a bigger project? Also, are the front and rear stud...
  12. Dark Horse- What did you Mod today?

Was going to ask the same, beautiful wheels, but quite expensive since they’re very high quality. Congrats
  13. Gave my GT a nose job - paint matched front trim bar and headlight bezels

Sorry, but I don’t like it at all. It seems to me as when you paint a wall including window frames, sockets and everything in your way.
  14. Ungoverned top speeds

Isn’t 168 for 6 spd rather than DH?
  15. Red calipers on Carbonized Gray Dark Horse — good idea or leave them black?

Thanks for all the answers, my MACH 1 has red ones, and I believe I'll miss them, but I wondering if the dark look may end up winning. This is my actual car. If had the option when buying, I would have choosed red ones, but painting them makes me wonder.
  16. Red calipers on Carbonized Gray Dark Horse — good idea or leave them black?

Just picked up a new Mustang Dark Horse in Carbonized Gray, and it came with the stock black Brembo calipers. I’m considering changing them to red because I like the extra contrast and the way red makes the brakes stand out a bit more behind the wheels. At the same time, I’m not sure if red...
