Yes you can get the Brembo, they come painted gray with white lettering (I believe). I didn't order mine with the brembos because there is no need for it with the LA traffic on the 405 and the 110.

Under the build and price aspect of the Ford website it says due to supply constraints they are unavailable at this time and due for late availability. Also heard when they do get in Ford will send them to the dealerships and they will contact you to pick them up.
