I sure did. I travel for work Monday through Friday on multiple flights and have zero time.
$126 on ANY kind for Ford warranted work is a win in my book.
My son is also the Ford Tech who did the work - great kid - drove it to work, did the RO, and changed my oil and filter for free ;-).

Luckily we should be able to add them - theoretically at least? I can’t believe they’d go to the expense of changing wiring harnesses just to eliminate door sills. I’d bet you could buy the 2024/2025 sills on a 400A/401A and they’d plug right in.
talking straight out my a$$ though so YMMV
That’s why I went and found a 301A PP with Active Exhaust. After I put leather in it for $1600 I’ll be way under a 2026 Premium and it will actually be nicer 🤣
I guess I don’t understand what everyone is talking about. Seems fast to me… I came from a Subaru WRX tR Edition and that display would literally take a complete second or two between clicks on the screen to respond.
the Mustang is a breath of fresh air with its speed… maybe it’s just perspective?
Thanks for the related experience- I should have clarified - it shifts buttery smooth, quickly, and has no issues engaging.
It’s just - and I can fully replicate it at will now - if the clutch and gas pedals are modulated in a certain way during shifting there is a weird vibration / completely...
Thanks my friend.
Luckily my son is a certified Ford tech at a Ford dealership.
Hes taking it in while I’m gone this week to do my 1000 mile oil change and install the Ford performance Oil Air Separators and will have the right guys look at it at the dealership.
I honestly feel like it’s...
Some - nothing crazy - it almost feels like flywheel chattering if that makes sense (although I can't imagine that is it)? What's odd is that if I am super gentle with it - and just drive it like I'm 53 instead of 23, smooth as butter and doesn't make a sound.
So,
I took my 1000 mile GT in for service, and of course they didn't have a Transmission specialist working today.
When I took delivery almost a month ago, I had zero issues with the clutch / transmission, and about a week into owning it a small "vibration" or "chatter" was developing.
Fast...
I wish Ford Performance would release 4.10's for the S650 I'd swap those in a heartbeat. The difference between the 3.55 and 3.73 is substantial... I can only imagine how much more responsive the car would be with 4.10's!!!
