The exhaust, if ordered as you linked (the stand alone HH), it will indeed come with the adapters to fit for STOCK fitment.. it may not be an exact fit to MBRP.. you may be best going to an exhaust shop and having resonators welded in BUT the HH benefit also has to do with the exhaust note...
They offer the intake two ways. Intake alone which doesn't require a calibration and then the intake with an HP tuners device and calibration. The calibration will make more hp/tq than with the stock tune and you'll also have the added benefits of higher rev limits and better shift schedule...
