Update: The Ford Gods have smiled upon me. After moving the EDD out 3 days yesterday I get a call today from my sales guy telling me the car should be in this afternoon, or early tomorrow. Three days ahead of the original EDD. :faint: It's just not fair that Ford would play with my emotions...

Well chit, right down to the wire on target, and now they move my EDD out 3 days. :headbonk: Oh well, that's the way Ford rolls.

The blend date can be deceiving. That kinda means all the optioned parts for your cars are in line waiting on the car to come along. My blend date was 03/29, and actually started production on 04/03. Ford makes you wait every way possible. :D Hope you get yours soon my friend.

It is odd for sure. I stopped by my dealer to have the air bag recall done on my '06. I talked with my sales guy, he checked, and said the car is on a CSX rail car in Ohio. Strangely it will go to Columbia, SC, and then turn around and head back to NC. :shrug:

From experience I have found that when the cars get to the shipping stage time stands still. :doh: I'm in the same boat my friends. :)

That's strange my friend. Got it on the move, but moved the EDD out. That must be that new fangled common core math. :D BTW, they apparently took yours, and left mine sitting. Mine is still awaiting shipment. Dang it......

In my mind they need to put them on the same truck, drop your's off on the way to North Carolina. :D I know that won't happen, but I think it's a good idea. :thumbsup:

rockflyer, our cars are still together. Mines sitting in the big lot waiting to ship to North Carolina. The Ford folks said it should be home between 04/15 to 04/21. I won't be long now my friend. :thumbsup: BTW, check COTUS one more time, you may get a happy message. Mine is showing "awaiting...

rockflyersman, as far as I can figure the "blend date" means the car is actually on the assemble line. And as I have seen the process is between 20- 25 hours. Hope so, as my blend date is today also. The cars may be riding the line together. My EDD is 04/21, is that yours also? Disclaimer...
