The poor sound and useless sub was a huge factor in our decision to get rid of our premium GT. I loved the active exhaust sounds but the B&O was terrible.

Had the opportunity to buy a low mile z06 so sadly sold the Mustang yesterday. Never did get the vibration issue sorted and it drove me nuts. Was a fun car I had mixed feelings but time to move on.

I still love the darn thing. She my baby. Getting warm enough here to try some of the vibration kill mats. Will report back

If it’s coming from the back I’ve heard the little flip hooks above the seats make noise. I’ve also had the plastic trim pieces around the pillars both front and back make noise. Little whack fixes it until I get off my butt and put something in between.

It’s darn cold here now. I’ve noticed I don’t seem to get the same buzzing vibration when it’s this chilly. (30s) Makes me wonder if it’s tires or rubber somewhere that tightens up when cold and gets flexible in the heat. Took it to work on highway last week and I’d imagine if I didn’t know it...

I have debated trying this as well. Issue I had was the dealer admitting the vibration and sound issue existed. If I knew tires would solve for it I’d happily purchase some! I shall try a new dealer and see if they are willing to try that swap test.

I don’t know if it’s tires, drive shafts, or something else. Thought about getting one of the precut sound reducing mats that you roll onto the metal under carpets. That might help with sound and vibration. Just not sure how much of a pain in the rear they are to install

I totally get why. I’m going to give it one more round at another dealership then might go look at a used c7. Gets to the point where a few visits turns into fighting with ford dealerships that don’t seem to want to seek out resolutions.

I also have those unfortunate buzzes and vibrations. There are other chats I believe discussing this. I can hear a constant rumble on the highway regardless of surface changes, in neutral, with quiet mode on. So much so you can see the mirror vibrating which ford replaced. Breaks my heart...

Well glad to see I’m not alone. Bought a 24 GT in Oct if 23. At 70 it starts to rumble and you can see the rear view mirror shake like crazy. Can also feel it in the windshield. Took it to dealer 2 times. First they replaced the rear mirror but did nothing to seek out the cause. I paid for...
