The parts counters tend to be drastically over priced in my opinion. Buying my wheels from my local dealer ship was looking at $5k+. Searching the web, I found them for less then $3K.
I believe you are correct, but in the beta versions, you can readily pull the software for your vehicle and update/reinstall your modules. I think that part is what he was talking about since you donāt have to authenticate, nor does it log to the vehicle like it does in FDRS.
On another note, is there a reason nobody shares the VBF files in the forum? Would it be a breach of the rules? I have the files, but FDRS doesn't add the .vbf extension. 99% sure that they are right, just don't have a way to directly verify them prior to distribution.
I would love to be able to do this, even get the original dark horse IPC over. Iām wondering if I just need to flash the module, but donāt want to brick.
I am not sure. I would imagine the change enables power to the connector. I can't find a definitive answer. ChatGPT told me initially that no changes in ForScan would do anything. However, after arguing and finding the change, it states that this is what the changes do.
I ordered this set...
So, side note. Even if your car is wired from factory, you may need to make a change in ForScan. I installed them on my '24 GT Prem and they refused to light up. In ForScan > BCMB > As Built, I changed 7B7-01-01

I have had this same issue twice. The first time, they replaced the compressor and said they couldnāt pull a charge. Fixed for about a month. Took it to another dealer, they replaced the condenser. Hoping it fixes the issue.
Pardon my ignorance, but I am confused. Does modifying the oil cooler variable within Forscan not assist with this? I wonder what this setting is for if not.
I would like to put this in my 24 GT/daily driver. I currently have a camera system hard wired in, but I am looking for a higher quality system and one that has a cabin view.
Yeah, I think that was my biggest problem, an hour each way every morning in stop/go traffic. According to the car, I averaged out to about 35 mph while I had the car. When I first rented it, I reset the trip and just let it ride for the month that I had it.
This was actually something that I felt crazy about. I just had to rent an EB for a month. On average, I was seeing ~25-26 mpg with the EB, but I am currently averaging 19.4 with my V8. I felt that the EB should have got much better gas mileage.
I also felt that with driving the EB there was...
Anyone happen to have a part number for the rave blue wheels? Iāve tried several dealerships and they canāt find the part number without a VIN from a car that was built with them.
in case anyone needs, this is the part number they gave for the GT/CS standard rim.
RR3Z-1007-A
if youāre talking about āDriver Alertā, it doesnāt use a camera.
āThe system calculates your alertness level based upon your driving behavior in relation to the lane markings and other factors when the vehicle speed is greater than approximately 40 mph (65 km/h).ā
