I also have the Steeda H-pipe and active exhaust. Like others have said, it's slightly louder than stock (better sounding), but not crazy. Cold starts are louder for sure, but again - not crazy or stupid.
If you're truly concerned about neighbors or anything (like in the morning), just set it...
My wife and I ended up doing a buyback with Ford for the A/C issue. I will say, to Ford's credit, this was a pretty easy process and I felt we were treated fairly. We ended up replacing the 2024 with a 2026.
Been a minute, but just for anyone else looking... The above didn't fix our AC issue. It's been back to the dealer around 5 times now and each time the refrigerant is empty. They've replaced various components, but after a few months it stops working again. Very frustrating.
That sucks. I've received 2 good parts from them so far, but that would frustrate me. Mine was slight twisted from shipping (not like yours), but I just laid it flat for a night and it was 100% the next day when I installed it.
