True, and this is something that has been beat to death in the last decade from a portion of consumers. So much so that certain companies are experimenting with putting gear selections on the touch screen, but right now, the general buyer is enamored with touch screens and feel that this is what...
I think the intention was to give an anchoring point for changing climate controls. The climate settings are always at the bottom of the screen and the "lip" above the center vents give an area for you hand to find direction without needing to focus on the screen. Other brands do something...
From some of the first look videos I've watched, the recaros can now be heated and ventilated. I also saw at least two comment that they are more comfortable compared to the last generation even tho the design is similar so take that with a grain of salt.
I think this is a form of confirmation bias, I'm personally neutral towards the dash at this point but the only place I've seen comments like that has been in forums like this.
Nearly every, if not every, YouTube reviewer I have watched doing first looks of the car love what they did for the...
I truly think the problem is not with fanboys or pessimists but moreso the general users not understanding what components make something a discussion.
Just....no... Still a hard disagree from me. The mach e interior looks like it's for a compliance ev suv, not a coupe meant to be even an ounce of sporty. The majority of the screen isn't in line of sight, the entire dash is flat, and the speedo screen is too wide and low to show relevant...
Hard disagree on using the mach e interior. Not hating on those that own one and enjoy it but that interior is the epitome of bland and copies tesla while saying "look at me, I'm different because I have this little extra bit of plastic". It's boring and sterile but fitting for a non offensive...
I am maxing my budget at 55k, I know I'm going to cut some costs but keep reminding myself that this is supposed to be the fun car, not for super comfort.
Not sure why I never paid attention to this but from this angle, I'm really not offended by the screens. And subjectively, this looks better than a lot of tacked on screens we see from the outside.
I may be in the overall minority from what I'm seeing on social media but I don't think the ecoboost model looks bad (or any model for that matter). Sure it's not the best looking of the ones we've seen so far but it looks like it serves its purpose as an introductory base model.
I'll admit, I'm almost there too, so much to sift through. Let's say I'm 80-90% sure of what I want and the other part is ignoring overbearing opinions. Main thing I need to know is the packages outside of what is normally on mustangs....and how much they are raising the prices on those we know.
Lol glad to hear I'm not imagining it. I've watched so many videos in the absence of a build guide, I want to be ready as soon as it's available for orders 🤣
