I haven’t been able to get software updates for months. In the car, it just says checking for updates, may take a few minutes, but the circle never stops spinning. On Fordpass, I can’t turn on the software update button. Was on the phone with Ford help for over an hour, and they had no clue...

Mine does the same thing, manual GT. It seems to average things out and come up with a number that changes with every fill up. I haven’t really been on a real road trip yet. I’m getting about 13 mpg just around town. But that’s okay. He’s my forever car that I waited…never mind that…a long time...

I traded my 2015 for my 2024. The manager said it had been in an accident according to Carfax. No accidents. Turns out it was when my son let the ladder fall on my car. (We did have a long talk about that.) But the manager said it didn’t matter. If an accident shows up on Carfax it’s the gospel...

No problem. It’s legal in all 50 states "including California." I find that amusing. Is California not part of the 50 states anymore? Not that the legality of it matters.

I hate the lane keep assist. It pulled the car back to the lane and made turning almost impossible, as well as merging. I thought I'd like it, but it felt like something was wrong with the car. I turned it off and never turned it on again.

Addendum: I now have a box over the seatbelt lights telling me how to use the parking brake. Thank you, Ford. I’ve gone 64 years not knowing. 🤔

I got Hill Assist and Crash Detection not available, a black box saying Battery Saving Mode. The app says Not Connected Dive Car. What do they think I’ve been doing lol. Driving the car does not reconnect the app, which I never use anyway.

I wouldn’t mind pissing off the sheriff next door…🤣

Exactly why I got manual. None of my kids can drive it. I’ve had him since sept 2023 and only one other person has driven him, once. Don’t touch my car! 🤣🤣 i haven’t had a manual since 1998, I miss it, and I figure this is my last car, so I went with what I wanted.
