In my case its a Florida exemption for AD military. Specific to purchases made out of the state. I think there are other exemptions for disabled vets, people who work for certain non-profits, or other govt orgs as well depending on states. Its one of those unadvertised benefits.

Agreed. Price tag is definitely an eye opener but pretty much on par with where the used market is that ive seen. Ive had no luck finding one like this on the used market. I found a 2024 close to this at like 50k but as luck would have it, they had a deposit on it a few hours before I inquired...
