How do you track the actual location of the car? Like when arrives and departs from different locations? Mine was shipped 8/17 with eta 9/4-9/10 now. SOCal OC area

How do you know that it’s been sitting? Does the tracker show shipped? My rail car status just says it’s been released by customer (ford) to Canadian Railways with no ETA when I call to track my railcar. I’m Afraid I’m on the same boat. I do have an eta on the tracker of 9/1-9/14 but still...

You’re fine bro. Back in 2019, my 18gt got t boned and I thought it was a total loss… insurance fixed it right up and got it looking good as new. I traded in my car in 2020 and was able to get top dollar. Never mentioned it was in a crash since dealership never even asked lol. Just get it fixed...

Just tried calling and it said it was released by flat rock on 8/17 with no eta… that’s all the info it gave me ☹️

How do you guys track your rail car? Mines on Railcar # ETTX703925. My dealer is in SoCal OC area. I’ve asked chat if they’re able to track the location of the rail car and they said there’s no way. Also my eta was originally 8/25-8/31. Updated today to 9/2-9/14. Not sure why.
