Just make sure that you can reproduce the noise when you get to the dealership. My problem was that it stopped as soon as I took it in and they couldn't reproduce the noise. Ofcourse, when I got home, a few days later, it started again.

I thought it was just me. I made sure that I took my phone cover off, positioned my phone correctly on the charger, but the phone still looses and doesn't gain charge.

I use voice commands to navigate to the radio. Once in the radio screen, I use the steering wheel arrows to navigate to all my preset stations.

Thanks for the diagram. I accounted for the 2 behind the rear passenger seat. It's the two mid woofers that I'm not seeing. I have to go back out and look a little harder, maybe I just overlooked.

Just curious, B & O advertised as 12 speakers. I counted and I just can't account for 12 speakers. I only counted 10. Maybe I'm missing something. Anyone know the exact placement of all 12 speakers?

Yup!! I have the exact same issue. Mines is on the passengers side. I made an appointment with the dealership to take it in.

Actually, the voice commands feature works pretty well. After struggling to navigate to specific features, I just found the correct voice command and problem solved immediately.

After I received my EDD from Ford, I call my dealership a week later and got a pinpointed DD +/- one day and it was pretty accurate.
