For the last couple days, my dash cluster has defaulted to the calm mode whenever I start the car. I have to hit the pony button and switch it to the match drive mode option to get it to switch back. Any way to have it start with the normal cluster again?

I've never had the cruise control slow me down because of speed limit signs. Do you have some speed limiter on in your settings or something?

I didn't realize it was reading speed limit signs. I figured it was something about programming the speed limits into the GPS.

Just buy a tap kit for the radar detector. It takes like 5 minutes to pop the cover off the mirror and plug the tap in. Then run the camera off the mirror usb.

For now I have a suction mount and have it tapped into the mirror power. I'm probably going to get a cheap mirror mount from Amazon and try that out.

I got the r4. It's around half the price of the 8. From what I've read it's got the same long range antenna as the r8, just doesn't have the arrows. I just slow down when the ka band is going off. Doesn't matter much to me what direction it's coming from.

The steeda one is not smooth across the top and not quite as tall as the mmd.

Nothing a few cold ones and some zealous ugga duggas can't make fit.

I went with steeda for everything. Strut tower brace, k member brace, jacking rail, progressive springs, sway bar, and their stop the hop kit. I can't speak to bmr but the steeda stuff is great so far. Its also nice that I'm also in Georgia so all their stuff gets delivered in a day or two...

They'd make a killing if they clone that spoiler. The aftermarket for spoilers is so terrible right now.

Can't speak to the side and back glass since I have 20% there but I got 80% ceramic on the front for the heat/uv benefits and it looks perfectly clear to my eyes.

I like the spoiler delete but if you're planning to go aftermarket at some point, I'd get the blade since it has the mounting holes that most aftermarket spoilers use. There are not many good options for aftermarket at the moment though.

Obviously we want bug fixes but it's not like they're going to delay the release of the 60th anniversary stuff because a few bugs exist. It's not even the same teams working on bug fixes vs. dash graphics.

Just tried my new uniden r4 with the USB port. Didn't work. How difficult is it to pop the cover off the rear view mirror?

What's the difference? Besides the cosmetic stuff in the app?
