It can take a good deal of time. I placed my order on 12/10 and still haven't seen anything on COTUS. I get the same error you do. I contacted my dealer and they contacted their Ford rep. She said it should be processed soon and bumped my priority up.- Spixelz

Has anyone got a priority Code of 80 on their VOC on a Factory order car? New to this whole process so I am trying to understand these numbers better. I see OP states "store inventory cars will be given a 20-89 number" but my car is not store inventory...- Spixelz
