Well I will keep an eye on it for sure. I did have the heat going yesterday evening on the drive to the store and back so there's that, lol. I guess the thing that really bother's me is that the coolant level dropped that much in one day after they filled it up.
Yeah me too. Just out of curiosity have you looked at your coolant level to see where it was at when it was delivered? Mine had always been on the min level from day one until a month or so ago.
Just wanted to bump my thread as I had my first old change done at the dealership (Quicklane) yesterday @5600 miles. The oil still looked good at that point and my low coolant level was consistent with the picture I posted earlier in the thread. So it looks like the low coolant level at least...
Not really sure, lol. I keep an eye on my oil level and the oil still looked good so I let it go for a while longer. Not I seem to be having some sort of low coolant issue:(
Just had my first oil change done at the dealership yesterday (5600 miles) and I had them use Full synthetic Motorcraft. Per the paperwork they put in 10 quarts. I will check the oil today and see where it's at. My oil was full from day one (bough in April) and I don't think it really ever used...
Ok I'm thinking about doing that as well. I believe they are staggered sizes though (the front and back)? So you have to run different sized tires on the back compared to the front? Ideally I would like to run all the same sized tires so I can rotate them.
Would you say this Dr ColorChip system does a better job than using the Ford touch up paint that we get from the dealer? I have two paint chips in my hood that are all the way down to the aluminum that I need to fix. I have some touch up paint from the dealer but I'm wondering if this Dr...
Thanks for the reply. I like the looks of the 19" performance pack wheels that were an option on the GT's but those are staggered and I'm not sure if you can run the same size tires all around? I don't know if the same sized tires would fit on the the staggered wheel set up? I might have to look...
Great looking car and wheels. I too have an Atlas Blue GT w/301A pkg but mine came with the stock 18" wheels which are gloss black. Did yours already come with 19" wheels when you bought it? I'm looking into maybe going from 18" to 19" wheels on mine but I want them all the same size (not...
That is true but I was looking into buying a set of take off wheels so I doubt I could just buy the front or rear's but I'll keep my eyes open. I'm cheap (err thrifty) so I'm looking for a deal:)
Wow 36K is a great deal for a base GT. I took have a base GT so it came with the 18" glossy black OEM wheels. I really like the 19" PP wheels but I see those ones are staggered so I think the back wheels are wider than the fronts so you can't rotate them (which I don't like). I really don't know...
So is this only happening on the screen that's directly in front of the driver and not the center screen or is it happening on both screens? Also I wonder if it makes a difference if the screens are connected (premium models) as opposed to being separate like on the base models?
I have a base...
