Is the persistent dinging that never ends Belt Minder or Belt Monitor in FORscan?

I turned off belt minder in the easy settings on but I still get an endless persistent dinging.. It never ends.. Regardless of how slow I go or if I'm on public roads or not.. I'm wondering if thats "Belt Monitor".. I believe it is but I definitely want to make sure.. I wouldn't want to disable something called Belt Monitor and it not be for the seat belt

Also there is a procedure you can do its in the manual to disable the seat belt chime or light im not sure but check manual.

The driver and front passenger warnings switch off independently. When you perform this procedure for one seating position and the other seat is occupied, fasten the other seat.
Read Steps 1-4 before proceeding with the programming procedure.
Make sure that:

• You set the parking brake.
• The transmission is in park (P).
• The ignition is off.
• You close all vehicle doors.
• All seatbelts are unfastened.

1. Start the engine.
2. Wait a short period of time until the seatbelt warning light switches off. After Step 2, wait an additional five seconds before proceeding with Step 3. Wait eight seconds until the seatbelt chime has finished.Once you start Step 3, complete the procedure within 30 seconds.
3. For the seating position you are switching off, fasten then unfasten the seatbelt four times at a moderate speed, ending in the unfastened state. After each unfasten, the seatbelt warning light switches on and off with each fasten.
4. The seatbelt warning light flashes for confirmation.

This switches the feature off for that seating position if it is currently on.
This switches the feature on for that seating position if it is currently off.

Just to anyone in the future..
1. foot off the brake
2. Hit the start button
3. Start counting to 10 while hitting "ok"on the steering wheel to clear all notifications on speedometer display until you get to the tripometer
4. With the dash notifications cleared you should be close to finishing the 10 count.. Once you do,
insert the seatbelt,
Count to 2,
Unlock seat belt
4 times

There's things that were different or not mentioned to me that I think make a difference for my 2024 GT..
1. I went into auxiliary/accessory mode, engine not started.
2. Pressing ok to clear the dash of any notifications/messages from the infotainment
