Could you also drill the piece instead using the glue? Just to make sure it doesn't fall off after a certain time. -

I put the set I had on my 550 onto the 650 only trimmed some of the bottom cover to make them fit correctly.

I tried today mine did not fit on S650, due to the length of these rails. But mine are full size and NOT the same as shown in the link...
