Pull the A/C fuse, let wifey drive it in the heat and then you make an emergency appointment at the dealer to get it fixed. Put the fuse back, install the SC and tell her that the dealer had to reflash the PCM as well and the car feels so much faster now. Just a thought from my devious mind.

My recall disappeared from the app as well and it's not on the NHTSA either. The only recall I have listed is the BCM water intrusion one. I'm wondering if Ford decided to make this one an OTA?

Did the dealer put a set of chassis ears on the car and then drive it at the speed the problem occurs? While they are primarily for finding odd noises, vibration can also produce noise and the ears might give an indication as to where the problem is coming from. Just a thought... Good luck!
