Its junk. It doesn't work like actual tuning will do. Go with a reputable tuner and tuning device. Those plug and play pre programmed units never do much of anything but maybe give you slightly better throttle response.
I use the aftermarket filters from "think auto" i found on this site. He did testing and they are superior to the stock ones. Plus its nice to support a newer small business 👍, ford got enough of my money
To be honest, you can't go wrong with any of the tuners. They all do the same thing at this point. You're going to get the same amount of hp no matter who you go with. I have PBD and have no complaints though.
After the last OTA update, I just re-flashed my tune and all is well. I can't imagine tuners are going to keep giving out free tunes every time ford does an update and the owners feel like they need a new tune. I can see this getting annoying for all parties involved (except for ford) lol
Truth is, after hearing what other cars you drove...the GT will never feel fast enough even with a supercharger. I get it though as the GT feels underwhelming in stock form.
I always let it idle down atleast, let the fluids cycle through a bit. Id say atleast 2 mins before driving off. Ive known people that just jump in their cars and go which i always cringe at but to each their own lol
Its a shame they are so damn expensive for the better looking ones. If they were a couple hundred cheaper I might buy one even if the gains were minimal (probably none)
If getting married means having to ask permission to buy things, I'll pass 🤣. Especially when it comes to cars because most of them don't understand our fixation on them.
