I noticed some light white smoke from my exhaust a couple weeks ago and chalked it up to being cold. However its been above 45 the past few days and I’ve still seen it on start up and when idling at a light in my mirrors. This is my coolant level after sitting over night. Should I just go to Ford?

Maybe, depends. You could also try topping it off and monitor.

Ambient air temperature isn't the only factor in a car exhaust emitting visible water vapor, the dew point is a much bigger influence on the phenomenon.
So, theoretically the vapor could appear in much higher air temperatures.

As for the coolant overflow container, it is normal for the coolant level to fluctuate. Check the level 1st thing in the morning before starting, after you have driven the car the previous day. If the level decreases over a few driving/parked cycles then yes there is cause for concern and should be investigated.

I was always taught blue smoke was oil and white smoke is coolant. Overflow should be very consistent when an engine is totally cooled down. This may take many hrs depending on a variety of factors. Maybe do a pressure test on cooling system.

My coolant level remains between the Max-Min level and that's after four years. I had a van with a warped plaastic thermostat housing that would seep coolant but leave no visivle trace. I had to add a few ounces of coolant every month and took forever to track it down. It looks like it's time to figure out where your coolant is going.
