I was driving the other night in my mustang i got last march I'm the first owner and everything has been running well till the other night when I was driving my infotainment screen started to reboot on its own and but features weren't responding , AC controls , my mustang button , and CarPlay couldn't be opened , i tried doing a update wouldn't load and it would be stuck like when you're in accessary mode with the car off but the infotainment screen stays on , it was kinda glitched like that . If you turn the car on than off the ac controls still stay on the screen but can't be controlled like they are frozen there . i did the steering wheel reset but it didn't work , I unplugged my battery for 30 mins and it loaded up the exact same so was just curious if any one has had the same issue my dealer has had my car since last Wednesday and said this coming Wednesday will have a answer.

Try resetting your screen.

If you hold down the right arrow with the volume down button it will reset and should power up. Try holding it 10 to 15 seconds until screen resets.
