Dont have any advice about a body shop, but I will add a couple things.

1. Make sure to ask for a diminished value claim (to make up for the lower value a reported accident causes)
2. If you got rear ended and you are suffering pain, look into a personal injury lawyer.

I have been rear ended several times and I use the Ford body shop at the dealer. They are more likely to use original Ford parts and the repairs are pretty good. I have had some minor hits were there wasn't any damage or the damage was minimal and the repair costs were surprisingly low.
There are good body shops other than Ford but check them out carefully before you use one because unfortunately there are also some bad ones as well.
Hopefully the racing red of my new car will help the eyesight of those who run into my backside. It's really a sick feeling when somebody damages your car.
