No IPC module listed

I'm using the latest (2.3.64) version, and the IPC module isn't listed (I'm using a fresh profile). Also I do not have the write option on most PCM values. I own a EU DH.
I'm using an old cable I was using years ago, does the cable may affect what the sw is capable of?

2.3.64 should be able to see and update the IPC. I have a May ’24 build Dark Horse and at first I could see, but not update the IPC, had to upgrade to 2.3.62 or 63 I believe.

I tried swapping cables, etc and that made no difference.

Will le you know once the new cable (vGate) will arrive on Monday.

Fixed, it was the cable, with the new one everything is working (enabled the CGD and RemoteRev on EU). Nor only the IPC module wasn't listing, but several others. All good.
