Ford Mustangs have been sitting on the Melbourne docks for nearly 2 months. Getting any information out of Ford as to progress re delivery to dealers is practically impossible. I have had to use other means of research to find out the cause of delays. Ford Australia’s engagement with customers is practically zero. They seem to treat purchasers with contempt.
