Stay away from Seal Skin. Mine didn't last 6 months before it came apart. Lifetime Warranty....BS. Read the fine print. By Lifetime they mean a one time only replacement in your lifetime AT THEIR DISCRETION. They actually wanted me to sent the cover back to them AT MY EXPENCE ALONG WITH $35 to cover their review. I refused. Why would I want another one when they don't last and their warranty is crap.

I used my ford points to purchase the Cover King one from Fords website and pretty happy with it. Mine is in a parking garage but the rear is open and I hate water spots and pretty much got it for free. I don’t know if I would purchase for the retail price because $500 for cover is pretty insane. Cover Kings warranty is pretty good as my dad has one for his 08’ Challenger and got a replacement for $100 15 years later. Not sure how the warranty would work for the custom cover from Ford though. The one issue I had with was camping at a music festival and had the cover on the car and there was a torrential downpour like an insane amount of rain and the car was pretty soaked underneath even though it seemed like the water was gliding off and water pooled between the spoiler in the rear window. So definitely not 100% waterproof but its pretty light and easy to take on and off which was important for we as the car is my daily (I work from home though) and the little carrying bag was a nice touch.

I've had my GT covered for 2 winters with this Gold Shield 5L cover and it's held up fine. It's on sale now (8/12/25) for $144 with promo code USA20. Sale repeats often, especially around holiday weekends. I've used covers from this company for over a decade - no issues.

I have heard that car covers when outside will scuff up the clear coat over time. Im a bit hesitant to buy one. My car sits outside and it can get windy.
