Base GT non premium will be $40K, that's my opinion. Hell 2022's are at $38K w/o the PP.

2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse
here's my guesses
Ecoboost Base: $29k, Premium: $32k, Fully Optioned: $54k
GT Base: $40k, Premium: $43k, Fully Optioned: $67k
Dark Horse: $56k, Fully Optioned: $85k (i bet the carbon fiber wheels are a $10k option)
Convertibles: $6k more

with the fact that every trim level is getting the dual screens, i cant see there being as big of a price difference between base and premium as there is now, but the base price will be definitely hit by that
another thing, it seems that 2022 vs 2023 prices on Ford's site don't jump more than $1300 or so, with some exceptions, so i cant imagine the mustang makes a huge jump either
Escape went up $315, Bronco Sport $400, Explorer $1250, Expedition $500, Maverick $1200, Ranger $420, F-150 $2925 (the exception)

I wish everyone well with their orders and their cars.

I placed an order in January and received the car in June. In those six months, the price of my order increased $3000. Fortunately, I and others received Price Protection, but not everyone did.

Destination and delivery prices increased mid-stream by hundreds of dollars; I ate this.

Cash Back? On some models, yes. On Mach 1s (and some other cars), no.

No complaints. I'm genuinely grateful things worked out and Skye (the car) is in the garage.

Be aware and prepared for the above. For a lot of us, things worked out. For others, not so much.

Other more popular models, like F150s, Broncos and Transit vans encountered even larger mid-MY price changes.

Pricing advertised on Ford's web site is accurate at the time it's posted, but it is subject to change at any time. This can be discussed when placing an order. Ask the dealer about the above, and what happens if there are any changes in pricing after the order is placed.

Wow. 85k for a fully optioned dark horse. Even 75K is too much. I thought I overpaid for my 2022 GT non premium at 60k with cloth seats and no digital dash, no magneride. At that price I am getting a used ZL1. There are 2020 ZL1's for 65-68K. I probably should have done that instead of my 2022 GT. I love the look of Mustangs but a 500hp car for 75k isn't worth it.

what options other than PP and Auto Tranny made your Mustang over 60K without premium add ons?

With the amount of mustangs sitting, even with discounts, we might get the standard 2-3% per year price increase with these first S650s.

The longer they take to release pricing, the better chance of that occurring. We all know pricing for 2023MY, not just Ford, is hella inflated. Difference is, now they're starting to hurt as a result.

It is honestly nice seeing cars sit on the lot finally. Gives me hope that while MSRP might climb, incentives and discounts will finally be a thing again… While a 2018 MSRP was $37k, you could routinely find one for$28-29k.

There’s a Mach 1 handling pack in my area $1500 under msrp. Before it was in-transit, the dealer had it marked up. I agree. Nice to see a shift towards normalcy.

Looks like it's finally starting to pick up steam (the return to normalcy). I've been watching about a dozen used 2021-2022 ZL1's (and GT350's and Mach1's on another account) and a bunch of 2023s (that had markup). The used cars are dropping $500-1000 or more per week it seems, and a few dealers are now at MSRP for the new cars.

You’re pretty much watching what I’m watching. Gonna make a final decision once pricing comes out for these S650s…and how far the other options have fallen by then. I would be torn to get a S650 if ZL1s get down to low 60s with low miles.

Yeah pricing will have the biggest impact for me too, probably then finding the right color. ZL1's I'm really only interested in Vivid Orange Metallic, and one of the red's that isn't Red Hot, such as Wild Cherry, Radiant Red. I might take a smoking deal on Riverside Blue.... if it was optioned perfectly. I'm lukewarm on greys / silvers. No blacks, whites, or Rapid Blue.

Part of me likes the idea of having the 'newest' thing, and all the tech involved, plus that Blue Ember paint with the appearance package <chef's kiss>. I'm a sucker for a metallic flake paint. All 3 of my past V8's had amazing paint (well, after some TLC from my local detailing show... fucking learn to paint GM...) Throw in a Tremec, that glorious Coyote noise, 500HP, and yeah I know I'd be very happy in a DH.

The other part of me already knows I really like the Camaro, and having a 650HP car tickles the hell out of the 12 year old inside me.

So….for 💩 and giggles I decided to do a build of my 2020 car. My msrp on my 2020 car was $55,045.00. This is the builder for a 2022 with the exact same options as my current car for 55k.

I just don’t see how a DH isn’t right at what a 2020 350R cost 😭

My 2022 Mach 1 test build is 69k, I'm hoping the same DH build isn't over 72k.....

There's a point where inflation needs to take a step back, christ. Just built out an equivalent Mach 1 to my '20 GT350 and it's 67.5k. Couldn't imagine spending 70k on a hopped-up GT.
