    I have a 24 base GT w/ Mt-82 and a ford performance stage 1 Whipple installed by a dealership. My car hits the speed limiter hard at about 140-141mph. I used the Whipple tomahawk to change the wheel size and it did nothing. I was able to go 150+ pre Whipple. Does anyone know if there is a...
