    I think they were installed at the factory. Installed by the dealer. They put the socket to remove them in my glove box when I picked up the car.

    So my window sticker says convoy but when I talked to Ford Chat they gave me a CSX rail car number so looks like by rail after all.

    My delivery is hopefully soon too! ETA is between now and 11/9. Yesterday it was 11/11. The ETA on the tracker is starting to bounce around for me.

    Yeah sadly. I texted my dealer yesterday and he said the ETA they have on their end is between 10/27 - 11/3. So hopefully it will be here soon!

    No kidding! From what I understand when you get a date under Built then that means it's ready for shipment/waiting for pickup and when you get a date under Shipped then it's been picked up and on the way. Hello fellow build week lol. I'm hoping it'll be two weeks since mine is shipping by...

    I've never gotten those, the only emails I've gotten was from when I got scheduled/built/shipped. But they are pretty meaningless. Built 10/18 for me
