For the record on xplan and military ... if you get discharged its 180 days from separation.... retirees you are good to go but having vetadvantage has the additional perks
Seriously, since you are deployed, you might get a better deal out of it... trust me, I did that with my truck back in 2005/6 when I was deployed in iraq... when it comes closer to the holidays there will or might be additional incentives bringing the cost down pretty good... sticker on my truck...
Forgot to mention... ask about generating the pin code... my dealer said they can do it when we close on the deal... to other advantages look at veterans advantage... seems pretty sweet which I am planning on joining for the extra perks
Go to your dealership and place your order... find out what they accept and especially xplan... not every place honors that... find out what incentives they have for military, some places have their own appreciation versus using Fords own appreciation which you can't use with the xplan.... find...
Military can use xplan due to fleet contracts with the DOD and govt... I am doing the xplan myself and am retired military as of March 1 this year... Doing xplan and encs ( only available to those serving overseas over 180 days) is almost equivalent... sometimes there are incentives available...
I don't have an mca membership... Ford has a fleet contract with military and government so I don't think it will require something else because it does include retirees of partners ... I think I read it right
Xplan is available to military and its retirees for the record.... I mentioned xplan but also explained I am military retired but I forgot about the pin part... I don't think that will be an issue... wasn't asked for a pin but it is definitely ordered under xplan
It was great, hopefully again this year... guess we have to see... owning a house helps too crossing my fingers... all the stuff I did for work was claimed and military driving as well... hopefully I get some back as I am tapping the 401k for down payment... retired from military now so I am poo...
You can claim state sales taxes too, on an average it's around 800 depending on your income and the set spending average they have placed

Relax y'all, under the new taxes, buying a new car, you can claim it and get some money back doing so... How much? I don't know
