I had a similar issue (tire out of round on an Expedition) that was verified by my Ford dealer. He knew of a tire shop in a nearby city who had a machine that shaved out of round tires. I went there and he tested and shaved 2 of the 4 and my issue was solved.

My thoughts - as previously mentioned: Headers 2. Open up your exhaust system for better exhaust flow (ie remove catalytic converter) 3.Larger air intakes for the supercharger - maybe the SC comes with one? 4. A performance chip?
