I Figured it out...based on my knowledge of how most of these parts are installed, I thought the panel might be clipped in, and it was. Taking a plastic trim removal tool and "gently" prying the top edge of the panel out just enough to get my fingers behind it, it popped off with no issues...

I have a 2024 EB Prem Vert that has an issue with the center ac vents. The right side vent interior vanes came apart and I can find nothing online on how to pop the cover off and see if I can fix it. Has anyone here taken the center dash vent assy just under the screen apart? Any info or a site...
