Obviously, bad parts from a 3rd party supplier is a different issue, but all these items are correctable if the suits and the folks on the line would address them.

@Lou G Agreed, makes it hard swallow considering the amount paid. I am going to contact FOMOCO and demand they extended their 36 month warranty for another 12 months. I doubt they'll be amenable but they should be if they care about their customers.
