Is your dealer an actual Ford dealership!? Sounds odd they wouldn't use FDRS!
I've used FORScan extensively and even have a paid for licence. Ensure you use a recommended adaptor and you'll have no major problems 😁
You were very active in the other thread about this :D :D :D

Autolock Control Function (ACF)
@Fruitstang I just saw that there is a typo in your message. Just for ease of searching for others, could you edit the O to 0. Thanks!
I can confirm that my RHD\UK Mustang does not lock the doors when driving, I can't remember how I enabled this on the S550, but I'm sure I did!
If there is a settings option in SYNC for the US, it'd be superb if someone could try and figure out what it is changing.
Good morning!
It's pretty straightforward to work out what "easy mode" changed if you want to;
1) backup
2) make or reverse the change
3) backup
4) compare the files using your preferred tool such as As-Built Explorer
IIRC Continuous Gear Display (CGD) via easy mode changed two values not just...
The more I think about this, it does make sense. If a "regular" user changes a setting via the SYNC interface, you'd want those settings to persist through software updates. I'll definitely keep an eye on the data on the website.
We've now heard back from FORScan. It is not a bug with version 2.3.65.
This is intentional as the block numbers have changed!
Full details in this thread.
@roket: would you mind speaking with Livinitup about updating his spreadsheet, with the new info we've figured out in this thread? Specifically relating to the PCM module block numbers changing.
Sure. Although to confuse matters I've also enabled continuous gear display (CGD) :D
On the website on 20th March it was this and still is today:
<DATA LABEL="720-12-01">
<CODE>20C4</CODE>
<CODE>0000</CODE>
<CODE>0220</CODE>
</DATA>
But I did enable CGD on the 20th March IIRC...
Agreed.
I'm just very surprised npole's shows as enabled currently.
Mine showed as disabled (correct) two weeks ago in the AsBuilt data and still does today. That doesn't confirm it won't change in the near future though - I'll keep checking...
I'm really surprised that has worked that way.
As almost everyone uses https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt as a way to "factory reset".
The only other explanation is that your car did have remote rev enabled at the factory and then it was turned off by the dealer you bought it from? Or...
