Took delivery of my 2024.50 last week and has the auto/start stop but you can disable it permanently in the mode selection. Sports mode has it disabled by default and if you create a custom mode you can turn it off permanently. Hopefully this isn't just a RHD (Australia) model thing... Sorry...
