Thanks everyone. I’m dropping it back at the shop tomorrow. The feedback here is helpful as I now have some evidence in the event they try and tell me it’s perfectly normal. Worst comes to worst though, do Ford dealerships touch suspension that is not stock? I realize this would not be warranty...

Thank you all for the feedback. Glad to hear this isn’t normal as I love the look and improvement to handling but was worried I’d need to go back to stock if I wanted to get rid of this noise. I’ve reached out to Steeda for their input.
