    Oh totally, a beep everytime something entered the blind spot would be ridiculously annoying. Going from car to car with slightly different alerts can be tricky. Can't get too reliant on the alert being there, that's the takeaway I suppose.

    My Mazda has an quick beep if I put my turn signal on and someone is in that blind spot. So no, not annoying when implemented well.

    I tried searching, and it looks like Continuous Gear Display (CGD) is all you need to enable to see the gear indicator for A10s while in regular Drive. But does Gear Display Mode (GDM) do anything, and is it needed? Thanks!
