Mine isn't perfect either, but it doesn't bother me. I wondered at first when I first put it on, but I stopped noticing it after the first couple days.
That's awesome! I am glad that you are enjoying it. Everyone gets intimidated to drive a manual at first, but after you get use to it, its hard to go back to an automatic.
I did the same thing with mine. I drove the first 1k miles without getting to redline, but I didn't drive it easy. After that, the last 3500 miles have been "spirited" :cwl:
I normally don't take the bait when I am in the mustang because I am normally not in the mood, or I don't want to make that much noise and get that much attention.
Now... when I am in the miata, I always take the bait and I always make them really mad. :cwl: When a little red miata, that looks...
Ehh to each their own. I considered an m3 competition or an m2, but the driving experience was boring to me. I drove a manual non competition too and it just didnāt feel anywhere near as good as the tremec in the mustang. I wouldnāt consider a c8, but I did briefly consider a c7 z06 in manual...
Yeah, itās annoying how hard it has been to get the one I wanted, but I got lucky and Iām glad I did. The first dealership I tried to work with on one was awful about their markups. Luckily I got this one without paying a markup.
I am glad I was able to get the Dark Horse when I did... I Definitely would not be buying it with the price increases. My order for 24 was originally cancelled after an 8 month wait and I found the same spec headed somewhere else.
With these price increases though, no chance I would have gone...
It definitely has a lot to do with the tires. The steering is still pretty light in comparison to a lot of cars, but I ran through the Trofeos and put some Pilot Sport 4s on it and it makes a noticeable difference. I don't mind it, but it does make hard cornering feel a little unsure. Granted, I...
Yeah, see mine still has the little outlines around the vinyl and I don't care. It went down quite a bit, but it is so uniform that I have actually come to like the look :cwl:
I had mine delivered to the shop that does my PPF and after 4200 miles, the rear quarters would have been destroyed from the arizona roads if they weren't protected. I feel the benefits are definitely worth the price if you want to keep the paint clean.
Also, don't worry so much about brand...
