There is only 1 supercharger available on the market and it’s whipple. Everyone else is just selling a whipple and acting like a distributor right now for whipple. VMP does have a logo on their whipple but that’s about it.

Tomorrow is Good Friday so most companies shut down or slow down then the weekend. Trust me it wouldn’t make a difference though whipple probably gunna delay this for another 3 months and then say something.

It’s not that it’s the lack of transparency if you talk to them it’s just “we have no idea when we will ship them” when they said it would be available January. On top of people that own shops or big YouTube names are getting them shipped and posting videos with the whipple. So those 2 things...

I talked to VMP mid march and they said whipple is giving them 5 a week and they will start selling the first week of April but already back ordered. if whipple is prioritizing companies over customers that’s lame af.

they seem to be very quiet when it comes to telling customers who spent 10k on a kit when they will be available ( Don’t forget their site said they would be shipping them by January 2024 then they deleted that off the website ) almost don’t believe the “Carb Cert” issue they are giving out...

I hope I bought my RTR a month ago and it’s still at the dealership until the supercharger is installed only because I don’t want to fly out of state to get it then drive it back when the supercharger arrives lol. have not seen my car, drove it, or anything yet so dying for that ship date.

So far you can only buy a Whipple for the car even from VMP. If you buy from VMP you get the VMP logo and it only comes in gloss black at the moment that’s the only difference. That being said no superchargers are even being shipped yet until Whipple gets Carb Certs then they will start shipping...

Hell yea more power to you… I’m on the endless Whipple wait lol. Hopefully they start shipping soon.

I trade stock all the time and you see some crazy things from companies. I’m not saying that’s what they did but you never know. They might have more going on than just ramping up but then again that’s all just guessing at that point. Either way for any company from Apple to Amazon all the way...

Ford did not lock down tuning for Whipple that’s why Whipple is the only SC available. Pretty sure most the frustration is from Whipple coming out publicly and saying they will start shipping kits ( mid January) and then not saying anything more when they delayed it. That has everyone wondering...

You probably hit the nail on the head also why they probably teamed up with VMP to sell the exact same supercharger just with a VMP logo on it ( VMP probably gave them a good amount of money to be able to do so )

Whipple is definitely advertising the hell out of the supercharger but failing to deliver on any orders. Didn’t they say they would try to begin shipping mid January on their site…. Weird its March and no update but they have no problems taking more orders

I don’t do track stuff but one of the best investments you can do are tires and brakes. Suspension upgrade’s definitely help but Tires for sure need to be a main priority for whatever you plan to do.
