  1. Beware rabbits and other rodents

I was in Tucson recently and when walking around a neighborhood I noticed most cars in carports had the hood up and a light hanging and pointed in the engine bay. My buddy said for rodent deterrent. Can 50 Tucsonians be wrong? maybe this and install some led floor /garage baseboard lighting...
  2. 2025 Mustang Job 1 Production Starts 11/4/24, Scheduling Begins 9/19/24

This post responds to several questions in this thread. I ordered DH HP on Feb 10, on or about July 1 I was told that all unscheduled retail orders were frozen. I was told my build would be moved to a 2025 with a priority number of 3, but that I had price protection, whenever it gets built, I...

Congrats on the vin. And thanks for the tutorial. I’m amazed that something can be fascinating, confusing and frustrating at the same time. Project mgmt is not a strong suit for ford apparently on the production side. On Feb 10. I ordered DH premium. Vapor blue, painted stripes, recaros, HP...

  5. 2024 Mustang Scheduling This Week (3/28/24) for Production Weeks 4/29 - 5/27

Apologies in advance for what is potentially a stupid question. Does "scheduling cycle" as you mentioned equal what's mentioned in the top of the thread as "production weeks 4/29-5/27?" thank you, new to forum
  6. Took my Dark Horse to the Track for the first time!

well done, wait for what those tires feel like when the track is hot, they will get sticky like bubble gum! Unless you're a pro, every high performance car is faster than us!
  7. Track Day Advice

To answer your question, GREAT IDEA. Leave your ego at home, have a great day with a bunch of friendly car guys (some women too), my experience (70+ track days, HPDE driving instructor) has been positive every single time. Your first time out, you wont need upgrades, except perhaps high temp...
  8. Thoughts? Airbrushed Hood Pad!

Impressive hood shield. Don't know that I would do that, never thought of it actually but great execution of the idea. ...and it's always a good time for a Farrah reference.
