I never used applicator supplied with bottled paint. I use a high quality fine tip artist brush, found at Hobby Lobby, Michaels etc. Softer and easier to control than hard bristle applicator.

Local Walmart finally had a few. A couple solid color and a few with racing graphics. I plan on leaving one stock and will custom paint the other one. I was thinking maybe a copper/tangerine, depends what's in the box of paint.

That seat won't be comfortable wearing a standard duty belt. Seat will be worn through in no time. Fleet of PIU's I use to manage we put TigerTough (ballistic cloth) seat covers on them. I don't think they have one for the Mustang.
