Thanks for the advice. Problem solved. I threw a wrench on it and was able to snug up the three upper strut mount bolts on the driver side about a 1/16" of a turn each. IDK what the torque value is but I guess I applied about 40ftlbs of force. No more clunking as a result. The passenger side was...
Wow, that's the exact same problem I had with my 2023 Mustang GT when getting on the freeway. I traded it back in for a 2024 automatic. Ford said they don't recommend speed shifting fwiw.
I should also mention that if you mount it in your windshield as I did, you should use a silicone rubber license plate frame too. This will offer a bit of protection from the edges should you have an accident and you won't have to stare at the bare metal on the back of the plate...
I have mine inside the windshield on four little suction cups. Works great!

The oil drain plug torque value is 19 foot pounds. Just in case anyone else does not want to risk stripping theirs out. Thanks Late Model Restoration for posting that in a YT video!
Due to gear grinding issues, I recently traded in my craptacular MT-82 equipped 2023 GT for a 2024 GT auto with perf pack. I like to row the gears but not when they grind. My 2024 auto transmission shifts perfectly. I'm very Happy with this set up, I only wish Ford would address their MT-82 issues.
