I have a 2021 GT500. I have a 35” waist, 6’1” tall. Wish I had the regular seats. The Recaro seats are hard to get in and out of. The regular seats are some of the most comfortable I have ever been in.

I would like that too. No matter how you adjust the back of the Recaros, there is no lumbar support. If you find a solution let me know. I think slipping that bladder in could take some real effort.

That’s interesting. I ordered through Scotty. It was Vapor Blue without Recaro seats. Definitely had handling package and automatic. Maybe they sold it over weekend or are prepping it? Don’t know what to say.

I ordered a DH with handling package in late September. Dealer called last week and said it came in. I decided to get a 2021 GT500 with less than 1900 miles instead. (Initially they said not to expect delivery until possibly April.) It’s sitting at Carmen Ford in New Castle, DE.

Do you have fitment for 2021 GT500? No CF track package.

Anybody have an idea what it would cost to make a 2024 mustang GT look like a GTD on the outside with the wider fenders and vents added to make a clone of the GTD? Wonder if Dave Kendig or Fathom Works or someone would charge. If this isn’t the proper place to post please move it. Thanks.

The DH was about $79k with $5k dealer markup and no idea when it would be available. One dealer told me April at the earliest! The GT 500 was available now for not much more. I went with the 500. It’s awesome.

I had Xpel on my AMG GTS and it did a great job, but a lot of people didn’t have kind words about it. I bought the GTS with 4000 miles snd never even realized it had PPF at first.

Thanks. Sounds like a great protection package. I have vinyl stripes on my 500 and I’m not sure I want to keep them. My last one with stripes had them painted on and clear coated and the painted looked so much better.

Would it be okay to ask ballpark how much the PPF cost and what brand was used? Thanks.

I thought it was one fob for me and hide the other fob. No way is the wife getting one. Hahaha.

Warm is best as it thins the oil and it flows better and faster.

This is a photo of the performance blue GT500 I just picked up for $85 with handling and tech options. Only lacks the $12 carbon fiber option. <2000 miles.

Well, I went the GT 500 route, bought a 2021 with 1967 miles and handling and tech package in performance blue. Still has some warranty left on it. 11.5”x20” rear wheels and 11”x20” front. $85k out the door. 1 previous owner.

I too have a choice between fully loaded DH not to be built until lord knows when, versus a 2021 GT500 with less than 2000 miles for less than $5000 more.
