My car's status went to "Built" over a week ago (I know it was built some time in July) and still hasn't shipped. I recently found out from the chat that it's at the infamous Ramp 59 like so many of cars. They're telling me it will ship between 8/27 ad 9/2 but I know that's just a bogus date...

What chat is it that everyone is using to ask for updates? I tried using the chat in the FordPass app and they said tracking vehicles is outside their scope and gave me a phone number for Ford Marketing.
