    Had this same problem over the weekend..worked Friday stopped on Saturday. I just did a battery reset and then head unit reset (volume down/right arrow on steering wheel for a few seconds) and now it works. Hope this helps.

    After having a horrible experience at a local dear near me, I was able to find an exact build at a dealer in TX. The guy had spec it out, but had to back out of the order. I love this thing!
