Despite the Ford Rep telling the General Sales Manager at my dealership that we would receive an allocation this month, we did not. I didn't put much weight into it when they told me back in March, but this really peeves me because they had enough confidence in themselves to tell me that it...
Ever since Ford released the wrap option I've been curious as to how it would look on a Blue Ember Dark Horse. I found some pictures off of Instagram but can't find any with it in the sunlight. I'll attach what I have, but would appreciate if anyone out there has any additional photos.
I've read around. Her family has a background in car mechanics. She owns a 65 Mustang and she bought a 69 Bronco. She restored the Bronco and documented the restoration on Tik Tok. She did the work herself, no acting. Emelia and Lia Block are great, but not dedicated to Ford and don't have the...
"Normal" is no longer a thing post-COVID, especially at Ford. They just got done with their terrible rollout of the Bronco. All things considered, the Mustang rollout hasn't been "too bad". And seeing you've created threads on every update you've had on your order, I'm with Roadpilot on this...
Just had a very interesting conversation with the General Sales Manager at my dealership. The regional rep contacted her and said her dealership will receive an allocation in April for June delivery and re-confirmed that my order is of the highest priority out of said dealership. But here's the...
I have a manual DH w/HP on order and been cross-shopping. I'm starting to think I won't get a 2024 MY and will end up losing my price protection for 2025 MY. I'm no longer looking at M4's because they don't do it for me. I'm currently looking at 2LT+ C8's, C7 GS's, and F-Type R's. The C7 GS...
The only concern with this route is you will lose price protection unless you're able to work something out with the dealer. I believe there are still ADM's for AP+HP models. I know one dealer in Alabama posted one with the same exact build as my order for $77K with 879 miles. They originally...
Nice DH. I agree on the painted stripe, but there's some people out there that have it optioned so wanted to respect those buyers. I considered removing the graphics but I think I'm going to leave them on. I saw a Mach 1 with the hood decal removed and it looked like any other GT.
I will...
See below for the price increases:
700a - from $60,565 to $62,180 +$1,615
Appearance Package - from $1,250 to $2,495 +$1,245
Handling Package - from $4,500 to $5,495 +$1,000
For others, if you include the incerase on the RECARO's and the painted stripe then it would amount around $5,000...
@roadpilot can correct me if I'm wrong, but his build is more readily available in the market. His Dark Horse does not include HP, which has been the Achilles heel for our builds in which we've been waiting since March '23. Plus, we're all sitting on 2023 pricing which already saves us $5K from...
I read up somewhere that Ford only made less than 5,000 Dark Horses so far out of the 70,000K or so mustangs produced. And I bet less than half of those have the Handling Package. GM has produced more Z06's than Ford produced the DH's in a year.
Yup, next week is clean-up and week after that is no scheduling. Circle week of 3/11, that will be the next full scheduling week where HP could become available for allocations.
